I gave one star because it's the minimum possible, if it had a negative star that would be the rating I would give. Purchasing through the website is a terrible experience, delivery is not made within the timeframe shown on the website (even though shipping is paid) and the service is terrible, with an unparalleled lack of cordiality and empathy. Ultimately, the experience was “worth it”, so there are no repetitions.
